How do I place an order?

Follow these simple steps to start shopping at Bohero.eu!

Start shopping!
1. If you know what you're looking for, start shopping by selecting the product category links: e.g. Cooking, Dining, Drinking, Scissors, Decoration, Garden & Outdoor. You can also shop our products through the "BRANDS" section. If you have a specific product in mind or are unsure where to start, you can simply enter a key word in the search box on the homepage.
2. Once you have found an item you want to buy, select the “READ MORE” button or on the "ADD TO SHOPPING CART’ button.
3. You can then either click on the "SHOPPING CART" button, or review the items in your shopping cart by clicking on "CHECKOUT".
4. If you're happy with the items in your shopping bag, click "CONTINUE TO CHECKOUT" to complete your order. You will be able to use the "REMOVE THIS ITEM" button to remove products from your basket if you change your mind.

We now deliver to several countries around Europe! If you can't find the country you live in  unfortunately it means that we do not yet deliver to where you live. We are adding new delivery destinations all the time so make sure you check back soon.

We do our best to deliver as soon as possible. Standard delivery & international orders are normally delivered within 1 to 3 working days, depending on where you live.

What to do with products damaged in transit?

Your order is carefully packed and inspected before shipping. However, damages in transit can not be completely excluded. So we would like to ask you to check the goods with great care for completeness and possible transport damages.

What to do in case goods got damaged in transit?
In case your order arrives damaged, we recommend that you refuse to accept the damaged goods or sign the delivery slip with the note "damaged/broken".
Please inform the carrier as well as our Customer Service immediately in written form about the damages within 4 days upon receipt.

What to do, if you accepted the goods despite our recommendation and they happen to be damaged?
In this case we ask you to please send us digital photos of the damage (products, package on the outisde and the inside) via e-mail stating your invoice number, so that we may send a damage report to our insurance in the correct form. At the same time we will arrange the return of the goods with you and do our best to send you a replacement/ reimburse as quickly as possible.
