Table lamp NIZOU aubergine

A deep aubergine colour gives the NIZOU table lamp by Bob Verhelst for Serax a distinctive look. Richer than a neutral shade, yet easy to combine with other colours, it highlights the lamp’s angular steel construction. The powder-coated finish covers the entire design, making NIZOU an interesting object even when the light is off.

NIZOU is part of Sculptural Confluence Part 2, where Verhelst translates his interest in sculpture into lighting. Try the aubergine lamp against a cream-coloured wall or on a walnut cabinet. Add a brass accessory or a light ceramic vase nearby: the contrast brings out the depth of the colour while keeping the arrangement balanced.
