What are the return conditions?
To ensure a smooth return process, items must:
- Be in new, unused condition
- Be returned in the original, undamaged packaging
- Be complete (including labels, manuals, and accessories)
- Include the return form inside the package
If returned items don’t meet the conditions - for instance, if they're incomplete, late, or poorly packaged - we may refuse the return or apply a reduced refund. In some cases, a restocking fee may be deducted, depending on the condition of the returned item.
