What are the return conditions?

To ensure a smooth return process, items must:

  • Be in new, unused condition
  • Be returned in the original, undamaged packaging
  • Be complete (including labels, manuals, and accessories)
  • Include the return form inside the package

If returned items don’t meet the conditions - for instance, if they're incomplete, late, or poorly packaged - we may refuse the return or apply a reduced refund. In some cases, a restocking fee may be deducted, depending on the condition of the returned item.

Please note: the right of return applies to private purchases only. Business orders are not eligible for return.
