What is a 'backorder'?
Sometimes we have less products in stock than you would like to order. We still allow you to order more than that, as these products are part of our basic assortment and are regularly replenished.
On your order, you will see the mention 'backorder' next to the products we do not have in stock. These products will be ordered as soon as possible from our suppliers. We give an 'estimated delivery date' because obviously we do not always have an overview of the stock available at our suppliers.
Your order will be shipped at once as soon as all products are available. We do not split up the order in separate deliveries.
